What is the difference between being a Member or a Principal?

SIAE guarantees the same economic protection on the work and the same benefits for both types of association, the difference is that the Member participates in the Society’s General Assembly and has the right to vote for the election of his representatives in the Executive Bodies; the Principal does not exercise this right. Moreover, the Member can access the Solidarity Fund services in favour of authors who are in a state of need because of age, health, economic, social, family conditions, the Principal cannot. In the light of these differences, the Principal is required to pay an annual fee which is lower than the annual fee for Members.
